This policy sets out the rules for using imageabc (the "Service"), operated by Computer ABC System Centre Ltd.. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Please use the Service lawfully, responsibly and without interfering with the platform or the rights of others.
1. Permitted use
You may use imageabc for lawful personal, professional, creative and business image work — for example editing photos, designing graphics from templates, making print and passport photo sheets, processing batches of images, generating images with AI where your plan includes it, and exporting the results.
2. Your responsibility for content
You are responsible for everything you upload, create, generate or export with imageabc. Only use images and other material that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to edit and publish.
3. Prohibited content
You must not use imageabc to upload, create or share content that:
- breaks any applicable law;
- infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights;
- sexualises minors or depicts child sexual abuse in any form;
- unlawfully invades someone's privacy, or contains personal data obtained unlawfully;
- is intended to defraud, deceive or impersonate a real person or organisation (including fake documents or IDs);
- harasses, threatens, bullies or incites hatred or violence against anyone; or
- promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
4. Images of other people
Photos may show identifiable people. Make sure you have an appropriate legal basis or permission before you edit, publish or share images of others — especially passport or ID-style photos, which must be of the person they are used for.
5. AI image generation
You are responsible for your prompts and for how you use generated images. Do not use AI generation to create deceptive images of real people, to infringe others' rights, or for any purpose prohibited above. Review results before you publish or use them commercially. See our AI & Technology Disclaimer.
6. Misuse of the platform
You must not:
- upload viruses, malware or files disguised as images;
- try to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or other users' content;
- bypass or interfere with security controls, file checks, plan limits, trial limits or credit allowances;
- share, sell or resell access to your account or a paid plan;
- use bots, scripts or automated requests that overload the Service or avoid its limits; or
- interfere with payments, reuse payment confirmations or otherwise obtain paid features without paying.
7. Uploads
We check uploaded files and may reject files that are unsupported, damaged, too large for your plan or potentially harmful.
8. Security testing
Do not scan, penetration-test or otherwise security-test imageabc without our prior written permission. If you find a vulnerability, please report it responsibly to [email protected] and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it. See our Security & Data Protection Policy.
9. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may take proportionate action, such as refusing a request, removing content, limiting features, or suspending or closing the account. Serious or repeated misuse may lead to permanent closure. Where the law requires, we may report illegal content to the authorities.
10. Reporting misuse
To report content or behaviour that breaks this policy, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to review it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service, its risks or the law change. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
