Computer ABC System Centre Ltd. is the controller of the personal data processed through imageabc. This policy explains how we apply the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR (where it applies) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Read it with our Privacy Policy, Data Usage Policy, Cookie Policy and Account & Data Deletion Policy.
1. Our principles
We process personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently; only for specified purposes; limited to what is necessary; accurately; for no longer than needed; securely; and we take responsibility for showing that we do.
2. Lawful bases

| Taking payments and managing subscriptions | Contract; legal obligation for tax and accounting records |
| Essential service emails (verification, password resets, receipts) | Contract |

| Security, fraud and abuse prevention, fixing faults, answering enquiries | Legitimate interests |
| Responding to lawful requests from authorities | Legal obligation |
3. Your rights
- Access — ask for a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data; most details can be changed in Settings.
- Erasure — delete your account in Settings → Account, or ask us to delete data.
- Restriction — ask us to limit processing in certain circumstances.
- Portability — receive data you gave us in a machine-readable format; you can also download your images and exports directly.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
- Withdraw consent — for example by unsubscribing from the newsletter. This does not affect earlier processing.
Email [email protected], saying which right you want to use. We may ask you to confirm your identity and will normally reply within one month.
4. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. AI image generation creates images from your prompts; it does not profile you.
5. Processors and international transfers
We use processors for hosting and cloud storage, email delivery, payments and AI image generation (OpenAI), under contracts that protect your data. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA we rely on adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful safeguard.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary: account data and content while your account is open, payment records for as long as tax law requires (usually six years), and security logs for a limited period. See our Account & Data Deletion Policy.
7. Security and breaches
We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures — see our Security & Data Protection Policy. If a breach occurs we will contain and investigate it, record it, and notify the Information Commissioner's Office and affected people where the law requires.
8. Children
imageabc is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to help. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, in the EEA, to your local data protection authority.
