AI & Technology Disclaimer

imageabc, operated by Computer ABC System Centre Ltd., includes automated and AI-powered tools — such as AI image generation from a written or spoken prompt, auto enhance, filters and other automated adjustments. This disclaimer explains their limits and your responsibilities when using them.

1. How these tools work

Some tools are ordinary image-processing algorithms that run in your browser. AI image generation sends your prompt (not your other images) to our AI image provider, OpenAI, which creates the image; the result is saved to your image library. Not every feature uses artificial intelligence.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

Automated and AI-generated results can be imperfect. A tool may change details unexpectedly, misread your prompt, produce artefacts, render text or hands incorrectly, change colours, or fail to produce a result. Generated images may also resemble existing works, people, brands or styles.

3. Review before you rely on a result

Treat AI output as a draft, not as final or correct. Check every result before you publish, print, share or use it commercially, and verify it independently where accuracy matters.

4. Your prompts and rights

You are responsible for your prompts and for making sure your use of the results is lawful — including copyright, trademarks, privacy and the rights of people shown. Do not write prompts intended to deceive, impersonate real people, infringe rights or do anything our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits. We may refuse prompts that break these rules.

5. Training of AI models

We do not use your images, prompts or generated images to train AI models. Under its terms for business customers, our AI provider does not use data sent through its API to train its models.

6. No professional or commercial guarantee

We do not promise that results will meet professional or commercial standards, increase sales or engagement, be unique, be protectable as intellectual property, or be suitable for every purpose. Whether a result is right for your use is your decision.

7. Credits and availability

AI generation uses your plan's monthly allowance as described in our Token & Credit Terms. Failed generations are not charged. AI features may change, be paused or be withdrawn for technical, legal or provider reasons.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Computer ABC System Centre Ltd. is not responsible for losses that arise from relying on automated or AI-generated output that you did not reasonably review before use. Nothing in this disclaimer limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes

We will update this disclaimer if our AI features, providers or data handling change.
