imageabc is a digital service. Nothing is shipped: your plan is delivered instantly online once payment is confirmed.
1. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for; your account then moves to the free Basic plan. Your projects and images are kept.
2. Your 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase. Because the Service starts immediately when you subscribe, we will refund the amount paid minus a proportionate charge for the part of the period already used (for example AI generations or exports used).
3. Other refunds
Outside the 14-day window, payments are not normally refundable for a partly used period. We will always refund you if you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not use the paid features because of a fault on our side that we did not fix within a reasonable time.
4. How to request a refund
Email us from the address on your account with the payment reference shown in Settings → Billing. We aim to reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and usually appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
