Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

This policy explains ownership of content on imageabc, operated by Computer ABC System Centre Ltd., what you may do with it, and how to report suspected infringement.

1. Our intellectual property

The imageabc website, software, interface, branding, logos, documentation and our own templates, graphics and written content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

2. Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of the images you upload and the designs you create. Using imageabc does not transfer ownership to us. You give us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display your content to you so the Service works.

3. You need the rights to what you use

Only upload or edit material you own, have permission to use, or are licensed to use. Being technically able to edit a file in imageabc does not mean you have permission to use it. Editing — cropping, resizing, filters, text, backgrounds or other changes — does not remove rights that others hold in the original.

4. Templates

You may use our templates, including premium templates on plans that include them, as the starting point for your own designs made in imageabc. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves, or extract them to build a competing template collection.

5. AI-generated images

Subject to the law and our AI provider's terms, you may use the images you generate. We do not guarantee that a generated image is unique, free of third-party rights, or protectable as intellectual property — review it before commercial use. See our AI & Technology Disclaimer.

6. Restrictions

You may not copy substantial parts of the website, reproduce our interface, redistribute or reverse-engineer our software, remove copyright notices, resell access to the Service, or use the imageabc name and branding in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

7. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on imageabc infringes your copyright or other rights, email [email protected] with:

the work you own and evidence of your rights or authority to act;
where the infringing material appears (for example a link);
your name and contact details; and
a statement that the information is accurate and that you believe the use is not authorised.

We will review the report, may ask for more information, and may remove or restrict access to the material. Content that only exists on a user's own device is outside our control.

8. Repeat infringement

We may suspend or close the accounts of users who repeatedly or seriously infringe others' rights.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service or the law changes.
