These terms are an agreement between you and Computer ABC System Centre Ltd. ("we", "us") for your use of imageabc (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your password secure and be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live). You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.
2. Plans and payment
The Basic plan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Prices include any taxes shown at checkout. A paid plan activates once payment is confirmed. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and plan credits by our Token & Credit Terms.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to images, projects and other content you upload or create. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the Service to you. You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
4. AI-generated images
Where your plan includes AI image generation, you are responsible for your prompts and for how you use the results. Generated images may resemble existing works; check that your use is lawful before publishing them commercially. We may refuse prompts that breach these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to upload or create unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content involving minors; to break the law; to probe, overload or disrupt our systems; or to resell the Service without our permission. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
6. Templates and our materials
Templates, fonts, icons and the software remain ours or our licensors'. You may use templates within your own designs created in the Service, but may not redistribute them as templates.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan you have already paid for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for loss of business profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Please keep your own copies of important files. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
